At O'Leary Racing Team you will get top notch coaching that is individualized totally to you. None of the training plans are generic they are all uniquely created to fit each individual.  You will also be a part of a team or what are our athletes call the ORT Family. This is what makes this group so much more unique than other training groups. The support that each member has for one another is special and I can honestly say everyone is friends with each other. As the coach of the group this is fantastic to see as I never envisioned such a tight knit community forming since athletes are spread out across the county and world. So, if you are looking for a tight knit community of runners that supports one another, then ORT is definitely the place for you.
