Coach Brendon created ORT in 2018. Brendon started coaching in 2005 where he served as a distance coach for the Girls XC/ Track teams at Whitman Hanson Regional. After six years in that role, he transitioned to coaching himself and other road running athletes in 2012. He has helped hundreds of athletes achieve BQ's, PB 's, and OTQ's. Brendon is an avid runner himself,as he has completed 13 marathons and holds a personal best of 2:29:18. When it comes to coaching philosophy Brendon believes no two athletes are the same. Every athlete he works with has a unique plan that is tailored to their lifestyle. No two athletes are alike and Brendon will take the time to find what works best for each athlete. Brendon also stresses on the importance of positivity and works on the mental side of running just as much as the physical.
